Is it true that working in a bank is always considered haram because of involvement with riba?

A bank job is not Halal because all of their work is connected to interest (Riba). We cannot call it Halal, whether one is directly involved or not, because the salary itself is derived from Haraam sources; therefore, this work is Haraam.
