How much is it appropriate to be vulnerable in front of people, such as one's husband? Before Allah, we become fully vulnerable without a second thought because He does not judge us. However, in a healthy relationship, vulnerability is also essential.

How should one be vulnerable before a husband? It is true that a person should be open before their Lord and their spouse. However, let me tell you one thing: if vulnerability means dependency, then that should not exist for anyone except the Being of Allah, because no one else has the power to benefit or harm you.
There is no harm in being vulnerable—expressing that you are in pain, hurting, or simply unable to complete a task at the moment. This is actually self-awareness, and you should practice it. But if you tell your husband, 'If you don't look upon me with kindness, I will die' or 'I will be destroyed,' that is a sin. Such devotion belongs to no one but Allah.
You can ask him for attention and time, but do not be dependent or needy. It should be a 'give and take' based on confidence. Do not turn a human being into a god. Communicate, but do so with the right boundaries.
