If the Holy Quran or a Juz' (part of the Quran) accidentally falls to the ground, should one give Hadiya (a charitable offering/gift) for it?
Ma'am, how can I reduce negativity? Negative thoughts come to mind first for every little thing, and then I have to convince myself that no, it's not like that. Because of this, my mental health remains disturbed. I also perform Azkar (remembrance of God) regularly, but these evil whispers (Waswasah) and bad thoughts do not decrease.

If the Quran accidentally falls, you should seek forgiveness (Istighfar). You didn't do it intentionally. There is no special charitable offering (Hadiya) or atonement (Kaffarah) for this; simply perform Istighfar.
Regarding how to reduce negativity, first of all, keep yourself healthily busy—that's one thing.
Secondly, mention the blessings of Allah Almighty that you possess. When you have this realization—of how lucky you are—your negativity will automatically decrease. People who are in stress or depression have very low energy levels; you should work on increasing your energy level.
Try consuming things like dates, honey, and sesame seeds etc. Consider doing a course of Vitamin B injections; you will see a big difference from these things. May Allah make things easy for you, Amen.
