Ma'am, I am suffering from a severe problem with leukorrhea (vaginal discharge), to the point that leakage starts shortly after some time has passed. This issue has now escalated so much that it even happens during my prayers. In such a situation, should I continue my prayer or do I need to perform Wudu (ablution) again?
I perform a fresh Wudu for almost every prayer, but I am constantly worried about whether my prayer will even be accepted in this state or not. Please provide some guidance.

You have quite a significant issue with leukorrhea, to the extent that it even occurs during prayer. It is good that you perform a fresh Wudu for every prayer. However, I would suggest one thing: use a piece of cloth or a tissue [as a liner] so that the discharge does not touch your body. Generally speaking, vaginal discharge is considered 'Paak' (pure/clean) [in certain contexts of hygiene].
