Is it permissible for husband and wife to have a physical relation in the nights of Ramadan? Like during fast obviously it's not permissible, but is it permissible at nights?

Intimacy is allowed from the moment the fast is broken until the start of the next fast, unless you are in the state of I'tikaf, in which case it is forbidden day and night.
