May Allah grant you a position where you don't have to face these trials (Fitnas). In some places, work is done correctly, but in others, there is deep-seated corruption. The reality is that these systems often become networks of wrongdoing. Just recently, I heard news that many departments collecting toll taxes never even deposited the money with the government. One feels fearful of becoming part of such a mechanism. Pass your tests first, and then let’s see where you are posted. Just do not waste a single second of your life. Work in a school for now, or if you find something related to your field, do that. But stay busy and stay productive.
