Look, having many children is something liked by Allah; however, it also depends on a person's physical and mental strength. Whether it is Halal or not depends on your specific situation. Regarding whether the coil implant is permissible, let me share a small point based on my research. It doesn't exactly prevent pregnancy from occurring; rather, something is placed in the uterus so that when a zygote (fertilized egg) reaches the uterus to embed itself, it cannot do so because an object is already present. Consequently, the uterus rejects it. This is why a very early-stage miscarriage occurs, which also causes heavy bleeding. You should consult a gynecologist about this. In my opinion, using condoms is a better alternative to a coil implant. Ultimately, Allah knows best.
