"How can I bring consistency to my prayers (Salat) within myself?
I try my best to offer all five prayers, but the routine is often very tiring, and I just feel like lying down. Sometimes I offer all five prayers with great dedication, but other times I can't. Please guide me in this matter."
It sounds like you are facing a common struggle, and it's commendable that you are striving for consistency despite a demanding routine.

You are currently struggling to offer all five prayers because you are very tired, yet sometimes you pray with great consistency. These are two different approaches: when you pray consistently, you tell yourself, "No option," but when you don't, you tell yourself, "It can be skipped; we'll see later."
Your brain is quicker than you are when it comes to being lazy. You don't read what you want to read, and you don't pray even when you have time, and you haven't established a system.
Prayer (Salat) is something in which you have no other options available; there is no relaxation in it, and its time is fixed. This is something that you should not even debate with yourself about. It is impossible not to pray. When prayer must be offered, what is the benefit of asking questions about it?
Unless you adopt this attitude, you won't be able to pray consistently.
On the days when it is hard to pray, skip the optional Sunnah prayers, or if you cannot find water, perform Tayammum (dry ablution), but read the mandatory prayer.
