Can women perform Ghusl (ritual bath) after Janaba (ritual impurity) while keeping their hair tied?

Even if a woman's hair is tied, while performing Ghusl for Janaba, she doesn't have to undo her hair so that water reaches every single strand/root; just pouring water over it symbolically would be enough.
