DWQA QuestionsDoes Saying ‘Leave Me Alone’ Count as Kinayah Divorce Without Intention?

My question is related to Kanaya words. Please answer my question, I will wait. Some time ago, I had a minor argument with my husband. In anger, I said, "Leave me alone" (like a person who is fed up says, "Go away, don't bother me") and we often use this word. My husband also says, "Leave me alone." But my mind wandered to the words, saying that even such words can lead to divorce. My husband has no knowledge of the words of the kanaya, meaning he did not know that divorce could be obtained in this way. I asked scholars and muftis, and they said that if the husband did not have the intention, then no divorces took place. A Mufti from Pajamah TV also said that such decisions are not taken without knowledge of the Kaaba, and if the husband did not have the intention, then no divorces took place. I am very worried. Does my city know that such words exist and that divorce is caused by them? So how do they know what their intentions were? I asked them why they said that, and they said that husband and wife are angry and give each other what they want. Please sir, understand me a little, I am very worried. The devil keeps whispering to my mind.

Assalamu Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu Why did you put your mind on these Kanaya words? You said one thing and your husband's intention was not. See, about a divorce, there is a little bit of anger, and the person is trying to talk about it, but from within the mind is that I have to threaten, I do not want to divorce in reality. So this thing is also considered by scholars. Allah has to make a house, this is the reason that a place is made in it. So here you are getting worried, and you asked one scholar, asked two scholars, they all told you that until the intention was not there, it was not like that. So why are you after this thing and why are you spoiling yourself? See, I tell you, Satan plays this trick. There is no room for doubt in our religion. And there should be no doubt in your case either. Just stop yourself. With your scattered and confused thoughts, and come to the straight thing. You are happy with your husband, your husband is happy with you, you both are willing to make it through. Just go ahead. And there is no need to pay attention to anything else. And if Allah does not do, Allah does not do, there is a chance of a minus. So you both are together. If there is a little bit of your intention, then that has also been done long ago. So do not worry about anything. In fact, I said the word intention and confused you again. Stop it. This divorce has not happened, and there is no such divorce. May Allah make it easy for you.
