I want to know about talaq tafweez? Is it allowed in Islam or not? If allow what’s the criteria? Some scholars says it’s permissible or some says it’s not?

You asked about Talaq-e-Tafweez (delegated divorce). Yes, its form can certainly be created in various ways. The same thing happens in the case of Khula (divorce initiated by the wife): the judge grants the divorce on the husband's behalf. The husband can also delegate his right (to divorce) to someone else; there are many conditions [for this]. I will tell you this: do not take these matters lightly. Do not act on them without obtaining a proper Fatwa (religious ruling) from a registered Mufti. Things differ from condition to condition; they (the Muftis) will ask questions, and then they will issue the Fatwa."
