I'm from Europe.I recently started a new job. Alhamdulillah I can wear my hijab. Now my question is there aren't Muslim colleagues at the office. And some of them had issues with my hijab. I will not remove it. But as the winter days are short, the time I reached home it's almost Maghreb time. I can't pray at the office. In the future I can go with car. Can I pray dhohr and asr in my car? There is no extra room at the office. All the rooms have Glass wall.

You are working in Europe, and your colleagues don't like your hijab. You pray your Zuhr (noon prayer) and Asr (afternoon prayer) in the car because the rooms in the office have glass walls. I can't even imagine how much space is needed for prayer. Two feet is more than enough; you can even pray by folding your prayer mat.
Don't be sorry or guilty about being Muslim, as when your company hired you, they knew you are Muslim. Even if you try to hide it, they will keep an eye on you. Talk to those who hired you (HR/Management). You only need this much space. In fact, you can just lay a two-foot cloth next to your chair and offer your prayer. No one will say anything to you. It's just like when you go to the restroom and come back.
Why are you hiding your prayer? Why are you praying in the car? What are you doing? Come on, face it; it's not as difficult as you are imagining. And as far as someone having an issue with your hijab, let them have it. Tomorrow, someone might start having an issue with your skin color, nose, or being Pakistani. You won't disappear yourself from work, will you? This is you; let people accept you.
Be confident in what you believe in, since you have all the competence that is required, otherwise, they wouldn't have hired you. So feel good and stay positive.
I remember my daughter also had to work in this kind of environment. In her workplace, they had created a small room for the staff where people would heat up their food, sit, and eat. Many times, there were males there. And sometimes, a male colleague would come and sit down, and she would tell him, "It's nice to sit with you, but Sir, our religion doesn't allow it.
