How to overcome fear. I have extreme fear of earthquake, thunderstorms etc. I also know everything that happened is from Allah. I also sometimes scared of azaab ayat and stories from Quran.

When you hear the verses of Allah's punishment, or experience earthquakes and thunderstorms, you become very afraid, even though you know these come from Allah.
Dear, keep one thing in mind: while there are hardships in this world, the joys are far greater. If you look back at your past or reflect on your daily life, there may be one or two negative things, but the rest are all blessings. Look at the good: Allah has given you health, safety, and good food and drink. When you highlight positivity and well-being (afiyat), fear will automatically begin to subside.
Therefore, my advice is to go out and help those who are truly suffering. Visit an orphanage or a hospital near your home—even visiting prisoners is a place where much work is needed. When you visit a hospital, your perspective and insight double. You begin to truly value your blessings and realize that Allah didn't give you these favors just for yourself, but to share them.
Taking action in this way will 'desensitize' you—but in a positive way. There is a fear that comes from Shaitan, and there is a fear (awe) that comes from Allah; serving others helps you distinguish between them and find peace.
