I have been trying from long to get up for fajar prayer but I can not. I offer it later by 7 am or so.i feel lyk crying many times. I feel so sleepy at that time. Please guide me. I am very tensed.

Yes, absolutely. That feeling of waking up at the time of Fajr (dawn prayer) and then just wanting to lie down again—it makes one feel like killing oneself, the agony is so intense.
I was going through the exact same feeling; no matter what I tried, nothing worked. Along with that struggle, I started the 'Sa’at al-Istijabah' (Hour of Acceptance) course/group. Initially, the Tafseer (Quranic exegesis) group met in the evening, but then I thought, 'If I have to wake up, why not in the morning?'
We now wake up half an hour before Fajr. We have a group where we recite the Quran. We read Tafseer, and we offer Duas (supplications) at that time, which is the time of acceptance (of prayer).
I wake up thanks to the call (from the group), and those who are sleeping also wake up. In this way, we pull each other towards Allah Almighty.
