I would like to request a complete and detailed guide on how to perform "Umrah" from start to finish for both "men and women". Could you please explain each step clearly, including: How to make the intention and enter into Ihram What is required for men and women regarding Ihram clothing and rules All the steps of Umrah (Tawaf, Sa’i, Tallulah, etc.) All recommended and authentic du‘a, adhkar, and Sunnah practices during each stage Common mistakes to avoid Any differences for women compared to men I want to ensure that I perform Umrah correctly according to the Qur’an and authentic Sunnah.

You must put on the Ihram at the designated Miqat. You can recite the specific supplication (Dua), but having the intention (Niyyah) in your heart is also sufficient.
Men are required to wear two unstitched white sheets, while women can wear their regular modest clothing. During this state, marital relations between husband and wife are strictly prohibited.
First, perform the Tawaf around the House of Allah (the Kaaba). After that, perform Sa'i (walking between Safa and Marwa). Then, trim or cut your hair, and finally, offer the sacrifice (Qurbani). After these steps, you may leave the state of Ihram.
