Can a girl go to another Muslim country to study even though she is not allowed to travel without a mehram but if her mehram travels along her drops her there and then returns?

You want to go to a Muslim country to study, and if you have a Mahram to drop you off and pick you up, then it is allowed as long as your Mahrams (father or brother) are satisfied.
