Ma'am, our relatives are telling us not to disclose her illness (Epilepsy) while looking for marriage proposals. Is this permissible? They claim that if we reveal her condition, she will never receive a proposal.

A marriage proposal has come for the girl, and you do not wish to disclose her epilepsy. My advice is not to mention it at the very beginning or include it in the initial profile. However, when you are about to finalize things, disclose it by saying: "I have this condition; please do not judge me solely by it. This is who I am, even with epilepsy. Consider if you feel that epilepsy is such a significant issue that it outweighs our compatibility and everything else."
Let me tell you, the condition itself is not that big of a deal, but not disclosing it is a much bigger fault. There must be integrity. Whoever is meant to marry her will accept her as she is; if they don't, then leave it in Allah's hands.
