My question is: Is marriage already written in destiny—regarding who it will be with, when, and how it will happen? Are a child's parents already predetermined by Allah in terms of who will marry whom? It is said that supplications (duas) can change destiny; does this concept not apply to our marriage?
To what extent should one compromise for marriage? Are financial circumstances more important than character (Akhlaq)?
What qualities should be prioritized when choosing a life partner?

Yes, everything in this world is already written in destiny (Naseeb), so do not single out marriage as the only thing that is predetermined.
Your education, your sustenance (Rizq), your wealth, what will happen to you, and where it will happen—each and every thing is written in your destiny.
It is absolutely true that supplications (Duas) can change destiny; the possibilities exist. Primarily, the "settings" and arrangements Allah has already made are the best for us, as they are a part of Allah’s grand plan. Allah Almighty always does what is best; He holds all authority. Put your trust in Him and perform the prayer of guidance (Istikhara).
