If normal period cycle of a woman is 7-8 days but sometimes there is little spotting for next 2-3 days. Can she do ghusl for pray and also fasting allowed in those days considering end of periods?

A woman's normal cycle is usually 7–8 days, but sometimes spotting continues for an additional 2–3 days. This would mean the full cycle extends to 11 days.
A cycle of 7–8 days means that the spotting is included within those 6, 7, or 8 days; it should not exceed that. If you need to add an extra 2 or 3 days of spotting to that duration, you should consult a gynecologist. Often, conditions like fibroids exist, which cause bleeding alongside the regular period.
