I have three daughters, and I faced some complications during my deliveries. Because of this, when I go to any doctor, they suggest that I conceive once more for a son, and then, during the operation, they will remove the uterus (womb), as there is no other solution for this problem.
If I don't have it removed, the problem could worsen.
The question is: Is it sinful to remove the uterus out of necessity?

Have it (the uterus) removed if there are any genuine complications/problems, because [if not removed, it] can become toxic (or cause severe health issues). However, if there are no problems, do not have it removed because it is a very important organ. Many of the body's functions are connected to it. Life will not be easy; you will have to take medicines. Consult with your doctor."
