It is absolutely true that knowing Arabic is essential for acquiring Islamic education. If you learn it, the task of acquiring religious knowledge will become much easier for you. The biggest difficulty arises due to not knowing Arabic. It is not necessary to know English to learn Arabic, because Arabic and Urdu grammar are almost the same. We, Alhamdulillah (Praise be to God), have an Arabic course named "Arabic On The Go." You should definitely join it. You also asked another question: How can you acquire knowledge of the Deen (Islamic religion)? Many Madaris (religious schools) and Islamic centers are following the Dars-e-Nizami curriculum because it is an accredited course and is very well-designed. When you enroll in it, you get into a routine. And nowadays, Dars-e-Nizami is also being offered online. You should check out Masjid Noor. Open the website for the Muhaddith Fatwa Centre; you will find it there. You can take the Dars-e-Nizami course with them; their entire syllabus is currently running.
