1. Spiritual Consistency and Conduct
I am experiencing significant personal challenges, and my past conduct has been marked by numerous transgressions. However, over the past few months, I initiated a dedicated transition toward adherence to Islamic tenets, including adopting the Parda (veil/modest dressing). Initially, my commitment was strong: I was performing all obligatory prayers (Salat), supplemental prayers like Tahajjud and Salat-ul-Tasbeeh, reading the Quran daily, and strictly avoiding viewing non-Mahram (non-marriageable relatives) and listening to music.
Regrettably, this spiritual consistency has eroded over time. My obligatory prayers are now frequently delayed (Qadha) or entirely omitted. I wake for Tahajjud but do not perform it, I have ceased reading the Quran, and I am gradually reverting to listening to music and viewing non-Mahram. I seek guidance on how to re-establish and solidify my spiritual discipline, particularly concerning the avoidance of non-Mahram interaction.
2. Modesty in Dress Code
As the winter season approaches, I seek clarification on the permissibility of wearing coats or jackets over the Abaya. Specifically, does the wearing of such outer garments over the Abaya constitute an inappropriate form of attraction for non-Mahram, thereby compromising the requirements of modesty (Hijab)?
3. Educational Dispute
My final inquiry pertains to an academic matter. My parents are insisting that I pursue a specific course of study. Despite having repeatedly communicated my disinclination toward this program, they remain unconvinced and unwilling to consider alternatives. I require advice on the appropriate course of action regarding this parental disagreement over my education.

	1. Regarding Spiritual Consistency:
You started studying Islam and abandoned your past sins, beginning with regular prayers and Tahajjud. Now, however, you find yourself missing them. To maintain consistency, you should remain in contact with a community or a teacher who can provide external motivation.
2. Regarding Outerwear in Winter:
As the winter approaches, yes, you may wear sweaters and coats over your Abaya so that you can easily remove them when you feel warm.
3. Regarding Parental Course Selection:
Your parents want you to pursue a specific course, and you do not wish to do so. If the course is beneficial, you should pursue it. If not, you must work to persuade your parents otherwise.
